Hi, I’m Katie!Most days—when I’m not adventuring with my toddler and doodle-dog—you’ll find me coaching clients on video chat or walking through the woods behind my house during a voice call. These are truly the most inspiring and energizing moments of my day (aside from time spent playing with my daughter, Maggie… isn’t she just delicious?!).
It’s my greatest passion to become your partner in becoming the best version of yourself—inside and out. My coaching philosophy is rooted in building deep, supportive relationships with my clients. I blend accountability, empathy, and a healthy dose of humor to help you heal, grow, and push your limits—all while keeping the process approachable, effective, and fun.
Having personally navigated burnout, overtraining, injury, and perfectionism, I understand the struggle. Those experiences shaped my belief that lasting success comes from cultivating balance and building habits that support both your physical and mental well-being.
Resilience Performance Coaching was built from my desire to treat the whole person by integrating practical whole-food nutrition and supplementation, functional fitness, injury “prehab” and rehab, lifestyle and wellness coaching, and mental performance training. Together, these tools help us tackle challenges from multiple angles and build a foundation that actually supports long-term change, and wellness.

Hi, I’m Julia!After earning my Master’s degree in Exercise Science, along with several nutrition certifications, I found myself struggling with the same challenges many of my clients face. I knew exactly what to do, yet I couldn’t stick with a plan long enough to see real results.
Like so many others, I tried everything: tracking macros, adjusting workouts, fine-tuning meal plans. But something still felt missing. It wasn’t until I began exploring the science of behavior change that everything finally clicked. I realized that lasting transformation doesn’t come from stricter plans or more willpower—it comes from understanding how the brain and body work together and learning to rewire habits from the inside out.
Today, as a certified health coach and personal trainer, I help people uncover the deeper patterns that make consistency so challenging. By blending evidence-based nutrition with the neuroscience of cravings, habits, and motivation, I support clients in breaking free from the start-over cycle and creating a lifestyle—and results—that actually feel sustainable.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me trail running, lifting heavy things, hanging out with my cat, Fish, or watching the latest trashy reality dating show.
