Grit Groups
Where whole-person coaching meets the power of small-group connection.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll work together to build 10 foundational habits that are simple, sustainable, and proven to make a real difference—physically, mentally, and emotionally. From learning how to nourish your body without obsessing over macros, to reframing what “hard” really means in a healthy lifestyle, this program combines practical nutrition, functional movement, behavior-change psychology, and over 15 years of real-world coaching experience.
You’ll learn to tune into your body, shift your mindset, and build habits that fit your life—not the other way around.
Each week, we’ll meet for a 45-minute group call to celebrate wins, troubleshoot roadblocks, dive into that week’s habit, and set doable goals for the week ahead. You’ll also get personalized feedback on your nutrition and lifestyle journal to help keep your momentum going.
